SOUS CHEF
Clairault’s highly acclaimed winery restaurant requires a full time sous chef to join our team in producing innovative cuisine from a well resourced kitchen. The successful applicant will possess:
- the appropriate trade certification - relevant experience
- a high level of initiative - attention to detail
- an exceptional work ethic
